Assistant Administrative Officer/Administrative Assistant
(Post Ref.: 20/226/SW)

The appointee will be required to (a) plan and manage all Social Media platforms including content creation and posting on a regular basis (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and website etc.); (b) handle video, photos and images editing for social media platforms and assist in production when necessary; (c) assist in coordinating promotion/marketing activities and brand building campaigns, e.g. admission promotion and outreach activities to secondary schools, admission seminars and education expo; (d) handle the production of publications including content development, editing and graphic design; (e) coordinate and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders; and (f) perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
Applicants should have (i) a recognized degree, preferably in Communication/Marketing/Business Administration/Multimedia or related discipline; (ii) at least 2 years’ working experience preferably in education sector; (iii) a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and (iv) a high level of competence in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and Chinese word processing and should be familiar with video editing software including AE, Premiere, Audition, Photoshop, Illustrator etc. Knowledge in graphic design will be an advantage. The appointees should be self-initiated, well-organized and a good team player. Candidates who have work experience in the tertiary education sector will be an added advantage.

Candidates with less/more experience will also be considered for appointment at a relevant rank.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited for a written test.

Salary and Fringe Benefits
Commencing salary will be competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Fringe benefits, where applicable, include annual leave, medical and dental benefits, mandatory provident fund and gratuity. Appointment will be made on fixed-term contract, which will be renewable subject to mutual agreement.
