• PO creation and timely PO acknowledgement from suppliers • Creating daily, weekly and monthly reports as per business requirement / own deliverables • Managing the Open Order reports and liaising with suppliers for PO acknowledgement and confirmations • Updating ERP as per the confirmations received from the suppliers • Communicating with stakeholders (buyers, planners etc) at plant/site for day-to-day activities or queries and their resolutions. • Action Messages reporting & update • Resolving system interface errors in ERP and other financial applications. • Meeting the SLAs as defined. • Working Knowledge of ERP Qualifications Masters / Bachelor Masters with 1-2 years / Bachelors with 2-3 years of experience in SCM processes Sound knowledge of Purchase English Communication, Verbal & written.
