Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake specific design task in the project team, subject to the plan or arrangement of project manager or project architect, be responsible for personal design quality and design progress, coordinate with other personnel to complete the design task.

  • Subject to the arrangement of project manager or project architect, coordinate with other personnel to complete scheme bidding, scheme setup design, preliminary design and construction drawing design.

  • Willing to share design task that are above the normal difficulty and guarantee the design quality.

  • Responsible for the assigned design task and coordinate with other specialty designers.

  • Responsible for calculating the area, daylighting and energy saving preliminarily.

  • Responsible for compiling the presentation documents at different stages.

  • Other tasks assigned by people manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Architecture or related majors.

  • At least 3 year working experience in conceptual design, schematic design, design development and construction design for the projects like mix-used, residential, commercial offices, retail, hospitality and public buildings, proven experience in medium to large scale projects is highly preferred.

  • Proficient in design software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, Grasshopper, Sketchup, PKPM, Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and management software such as Microsoft Office and Project, Bluebeam, Acrobat, etc.

  • Good communication skills and team spirit with internal teams and external clients.

  • Well organized and highly responsive.

  • Proficient in writing and speaking both Chinese and English.

  • Portfolio attached is a must.
