Job Description
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Assist clients in their initial accounting and payroll system set-up;
- Cashier services;
- Bookkeeping services, including preparation of general accounting and bookkeeping package for PRC statutory reporting;
- Compilation of management accounts;
- Annual audit assistance;
- Financial review and analysis;
- Preparation of payroll and IIT calculation;
- Preparation of individual employee payslips;
- Assistance with external audits and inspection by tax bureau or social benefit authorities; and
- Review of payroll process, including payroll process efficiency review, IIT compliance review and labour law compliance review, etc.
Reporting structure & key relationships
Reporting to: Associate, Senior Associate, Manager or Senior Manager
Requirements
- A recognized university degree;
- Qualified member of a professional accounting body would be an advantage;
- Relevant tax experience in a similar working environment would be a plus;
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Confident with a strong business sense;
- Strong analytical skills and organizing skills; and
- Good project management skills.
