About Business
The Global Delivery Center (GDC) is an important strategic initiative for Deloitte China. The GDC will play a critical role in enhancing the delivery capability of Deloitte through centralization of delivery processes, and development of processes and scalable service offerings.

Job Description and Responsibility
1. Update pipeline information related to alliance partners according to O2E system and by checking with PIC/MIC on the details.
2. Supporting training and workshop arrangement from external partner companies for Deloitte practitioners related to the below. Centrally managed the training and certification records.
? Create SID for practitioners in SAP system in order to join the training or take certification
? Checking availability of our practitioners to attend training
? Collect nominated practitioners' information from partners/directors for the training or certification
? On-site support if the training will take place in CQ office
? Follow-up with practitioners on the completion of training and certification
3. Support reselling process and work with internal finance/QRM to support engagement team on the process. For example:
? Draft PO for confirmation for provision to alliance partners
? Track AR status of client
? Initiate PO in GDC workflow and track payment process
4. Support on various reporting

Qualification:
? Bachelor and above
? Work experience or newly graduated
? Strong communication and coordination skill
? Customer and result oriented
? Team spirit
? Sensitive to data and proficient in data processing software(such like Excel)
? Proactive attitude, can work under pressure
? Understand and respect for cultural diversity
? Excellent language skills in English （ both in written and spoken ）
? CET 6 & Above would be preferred
? Good image, with affinity
? Carefulness ,mature, open minded, self-driven and self-motivated
? Familiar with PC, MS Office, Outlook (ideally with SAP)
?Detail oriented and careful

? Must be English-competent (i.e., at least CET-6 English Level), fluent in listening and oral English preferred

? Min. two year experiences in CPA firms or one year in Big 4, with good level of auditing knowledge (or equivalent)
最少两年会计师事务所工作经验或一年四大，有丰富审计经验 （或同等经验 的）
? Bachelor's / Master's degree of any disciplines, accounting or accounting related major，SQL, software engineering and Data Analytic related major is preferred
本科或硕士学历，不限专业，会计或会计相关专业，擅长SQL，软件工程和数据分析相关专业优先
? Certification of CICPA, HKICPA is desirable and other CPA is preferred
拥有注册会计师证，香港注册会计师及其他地区注册会计师证书者优先
