Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Management

? Strategic thinking of hotel business development including new opportunity

? Free trade opportunity explore- eg. HL168

? Hotel team productivity improvement & capability building

? Association Management

? TTS/A&P control

? Cross function communication and cooperation ability.

? Consolidate market intelligence in Hotel team.

? Other line manager assigned work.

2. KPI

Accountable to National Hotel KPI's, including:

? USG achievement

? National grab KPI (sku /account)

? National grip KPI (new account)

Requirements:

? Smart data analysis skill

? Account & profile management

? Strategic thinking skill

? Negotiation skill

? Drive and develop effective work

? 2+ Years working experience in field sales.

? Sales management experience is plus.

? Sense of customer service & strong influential skills.

? PPT and other computer skill.

? Communication skill.

? Fluent spoken & writing in English & Mandarin
