职位描述

1 The administration and delivery of store construction projects within established 1.design guidelines and approved capital expenditure limits.

2.Requires a strong sense of initiative and urgency together with the ability to manage geographically disperse projects.

3.Focus on improved performance through effective communication and strong management, using measurable objectives.

4. Reports to the Operations Manager-China, with a functional report to the Store Planning Manager-Asia and a close working relationship with the Business Development team.

任职条件

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

1.Similar experience in a foreign or leading domestic chain-store retail company

2.Minimum 3 years experience in construction management

3. Experience in the preparation of written procedures

4.MS Excel proficiency required, other relevant software experience a plus

5.English language skills essential

6.Flexible and willingness to travel

7.Commercially focused and analytical
