助理商务拓展经理/Assistant BD Manager

Job Description

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/KEY RESULT AREAS

1. Source and grow a sustainable pipeline of licensing revenues with partners from both hardware and online services sectors in China;

2. Successful retention of existing business. Positive, productive, and ethical relationships with clients and develops clients’ trust and confidence. Displays attention to detail and follow-through & consistently provides sound marketing concepts & implementation expertise.

3. Successfully identifies new market realities and their implications for our clients and our business.

4. Consistently looks for new opportunities & turn opportunities to be confirmed.


5. Expand the business and revenues with new clients.

6. Support manager develop key accounts and retaining existing key relationships.

7. Work with internal stakeholders across Rights and other business functions to provide excellent customer service to customers;

8. Monitor and respond to market trends and identify emerging potential customers of interest;

9. Work closely with SE, PD, MKT, NBD and ERS team to initiate projects according to market needs.

10. Good at integrating resources and provide solution.

11. Displays sharpness & accuracy in business judgment.

12. Well know the workflow for copyrights and license process.

13. Performs as part of a team; understands group dynamics and behaviour; works well with other team members.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of business development experience is required.
  • Bachelor degree is required (overseas study experience is preferred)


  • Fluent spoken and written English


  • Education sector (International Education in particular) experience is preferred


  • Passionate in working with customers, with proven track record in developing new clients;
  • Flexible and collaborative working style, with the ability to build strong internal and external relationships;
  • High standard of business ethics and professionalism for self and others;


  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the flexibility to respond to changing situations, shifting priorities, and new opportunities; and


  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work within a team while maintaining focus on objectives
