Job Description for Specific Requisition:

• 了解建筑机电专业相关制图标准规范；

• 有一定的方案理解能力，能够深化项目的设计；

• 积极配合设计小组高效完成工作任务。

Minimum Requirements

• 机电工程类相关专业，大专及以上学历；

• 一年以上建筑设计行业机电专业CAD绘图经验，有基础的建筑方案和施工图设计能力，优秀应届毕业生亦可；

• 了解效果图制作、模型制作、多媒体制作（汇报方案）；

• 熟练掌握CAD、revit等绘图软件；

• 工作高效、细心、认真严谨，具有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力
