Responsibilities:

• Work with Boutique Manager to initiate and ensure operations standards are carried out such as Stock and Inventory Management, Cash Reconciliation
• Manage and achieve budget plans with provided tools and data
• Lead and coach a team to ensure team and individual goals are met
• Display professional service and maintain good customer relationship

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above
• 4 years of experience in retail, hospitality or service industry related
• Good command of English and Cantonese is a must
• Skilled in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
• Strong work ethic and able to perform under pressure
• Possesses leadership ability and excellent communication skills
