Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute action plan for daily operation
• Ensure the internal operation process of the store is smooth
• Monitor the PL and KPIs performance of the staffs
• Provide excellent customer services in compliance with the company standard, keep strong bonding with regular customers

Requirements:

• Degree holder in any discipline
• 6 Years exposure in hospitality or service industry, including 3 Years people management experience
• Cantonese and English are essential
• Proficient in MS Office
• Interest in retail, especially in store management
• Passionate in coffee
• Multi-tasking, detail oriented with service oriented mindset
