Main Responsibilities:

Innovation & Renovation

  • Contribute to the validation of innovation strategy based on local consumer insights to ensure it’s in line with business strategy.
  • Contribute to the alignment with Regional Marketing and HQ GBU for innovation plan in local.
  • Assist with the planned innovation development through innovation testing, product registration and importation process to safeguard launch on time.

Brand Strategy & Plan

  • Collaborate with consumer insight team to extract relevant insights that apply to the brand and the products.
  • Monitor competitive initiatives & proposed defending marketing activities to achieve quick response to market through close monitoring competitive activities, brand health and brand share.
  • Contribute to clear communication with key business stakeholders through JBP, QBP meetings through decks preparation.
  • Responsible for monthly performance tracking & business review.

Brand Communication & BAU

  • Contribute to the category building with high quality & tangible integrated communication plan in an on-going optimization way based on deep understanding from category, consumers, competitors and local culture.
  • Lead the agency partners to implement integrated brand communication plan which fit to our brand and communication strategy.
  • Assist with development of high quality advertising which truly leverage on consumer insights and fit to our strategic intention.
  • Responsible for high quality deployment of merchandising guideline as well as the new tools through collaboration with trade marketing.
  • Monitor marketing budget spending by setting clear objectives and review mechanism, initiate adjustment on allocation to achieve higher investment effectiveness.
  • Responsible for business as usual related tasks for face care category.


Qualifications:

1. Bachelor Degree or above;

2. Fluent English communication skills

3. 2-3 years brand management MKTG experience in FMCG industry, experience in face care category is highly preferred

4. Experience in NPD and brand communication is expected

5. Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking

6. Resilience, be able to dealing with ambiguity and strong interpersonal /communication skill


Main KPIs: Market share, Key Innovation Off-take ,MC II, Brand Health

Internal: Global Business Unit, Regional Marketing, Consumer Insights, Media, Digital MKT, EC, Trade marketing, Finance; Procurement; Product Registration, Supply Chain, R&D, Legal/RA

External: Agency
