Position Mission 职位使命
Be responsible for brand communication plan development and implement brand plans. Cooperating with product team, sales team and other functions to create the brand communication plans to build brand love and brand loyalty through positive associations, strong images and experience.
Key responsibilities 主要职责
Drive brand strategies to improve brand equity:
- Lead development of yearly brand communication strategies in line with brand strategies, leveraging digital/social media etc.
- Lead brand identity system development and ensure execution with high quality to protect brand assets.
- Accountable for Brand Library: Brand Custodian with information for marketing and sales team as a brand library in dual languages
Identify consumer insights to strengthen brand equity:
- Identify key issues and business opportunities using relevant consumer insights
- Do solid communication plan to catch up business opportunities with specific brand KPIs
- Demonstrate solid marketing skills and knowledge of brands
- Track brand health KPI and identify the key opportunities to improve brand equity
- Review and edit existing promotional materials including website management ensuring marketing effectiveness, cross-selling implications and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Aligned media efforts efficiently in line with this communication strategy.
- Liase with external parties to build clear and consistent communication message to the media to improve the image and brand building
Develop integrated marketing campaign to improve brand KPIs and achieve business KPIs:
Implement the marketing plan and drive the business growth in line with KPIs- Plan and implement communication and merchandising guideline to optimize the brand visibility (ex. Off-line event promotion, advertisement, trade marketing)
- Accountable for report of competitor’s activities
- To provide strategic foundation and creative direction to agencies to ensure innovation and efficiency in the accomplishment of all marketing program objectives (e.g. POS, merchandising, field communications).
- Directs the efforts of the marketing agencies and department to ensure the success brand and product information
