Job Purpose:

工作目标:

This position is a dedicated resource for Martell QSS. The jobholder will be responsible to manage assigned product independently with guidance from Senior Brand Managers for achieving the set marketing / brand objectives.

该职位独立服务于马爹利超高端产品线,在高级品牌经理的指导下实现市场/品牌目标。


The jobholder will support senior Brand Managers to implement all kinds of marketing action plans and activities for building the brand equity and image of assigned brand/ product(s), so as to create consumer demand and to achieve sales target and business growth.

该职位将支持高级品牌经理执行各类市场营销行动计划及活动来建设品牌资产和品牌/产品形象,以创造消费需求,实现销售目标和业务增长。


Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

主要工作职责:

– Responsible for all aspects of brand management and marketing duties relating to assigned products. Responsibilities include planning, devising and executing marketing / promotional activities independently.

负责特定产品管理与营销,职责包括独立完成市场营销计划制定、执行及促销活动的实施。

– Assist senior Brand Managers to implement promotional campaigns and events as well as daily operational tasks relating to logistics, POSM management.

协助品高级牌经理执行促销活动及日常操作工作如物流跟进和促销道具管理。

– Smoothly interface with sales team and distributors in communicating a coherent brand identity in merchandizing and promotion activities.

与销售团队和经销商顺畅沟通相关系列品牌营销和促销活动。


– Ensure the managed brands are developed smoothly via coordination among marketing, trade marketing, sales, logistic and etc.

确保所负责的品牌通过市场部,通路行销部,销售部及物料部等相关部门的协调发展顺利。

– Monitor and control marketing spending against budget & plan.

根据预算和计划监督和控制相关市场花费。

– Effectively work with external suppliers and agencies for maximizing their performance for relating projects e.g. advertising and PR agencies for advertising and PR campaigns and suppliers for effective premium sourcing

有效地与外部供应商合作,在相关项目中提高工作表现,例如,广告和公关公司的广告和公关活动以及供应商有效的采购。

– Analyze the market information through competitors’ activities, pricing, product potential, market research etc., and device brand strategy and promotion programs in line with brand group’s direction.

– Maintain good relationship and build effective communication with brand owners.

和品牌商保持良好关系,建立有效沟通。
