3. Job objectives

Existing position to support Brand Marketing team in growing Lipton portfolio in QSR and Hotel channel.


4. Main duties and responsibilities


? Build deep channel understanding from customer and consumer perspective. Ensure this understanding is shared and developed throughout the sales organization.

? Develop and implement portfolio strategy and innovation plan according to channel insight, market dynamic and competitor.

? Manage product portfolio mix, including regular business performance tracking and category monitoring (internal performance & external market), develop in-depth understanding of regional markets – the business environment in which the brands compete including category segments and channels, and be an expert of owned category

? Develop channel strategy including channel drivers, job to be done, issues and opportunities.

? Develop annual activity plan and relevant marketing campaigns, and manage implementation as well as measurement. Ensure integrated effort with cross-function teams.

? Design and execute channel specific selling stories.

? Global Marketing team, Retail Marketing team, CD Ops team, RSDs, ABMs, Finance Managers, CMI team, CRM team, PR/GR & USLP team, supply chain and R&D

? Solid Marketing Experience in both BD and BB

7. Experience requirement for job


? At least 3 years hands on experience in marketing

? Food industry marketing experience will be added advantage.

9. Skill

? A university degree.

? Minimum of 7 years FMCG or food industry marketing experience. Strong marketing professional skill. Preferably in MNC.

? Bilingual to communicate effectively in both English and Chinese (Oral and written communication).

? Good analytical skills with business acumen.

? Passion for growth on business development - identifying white space and turn it into execution plan.

? Positive attitude; ''Can Do'' and winning spirit even in adversity or uncertainty.
