We are now looking for a talented Assistant Building Manager to be part of our dynamic team. Reporting to the Building Manager, the incumbent is to assist in overseeing the building management of our residential property and carpark in Taikoo Shing. Main duties include managing and monitoring the performance of a team of building management staff and contractors as well as other operational concerns, attending emergencies and meeting with owners, liaising with residents and owners on their specific requirements, and handling staff recruitment and training issues.

Together with creativity, integrity and passion, our ideal staff should be:​

• Degree in Property Management, Facility Management or related discipline
• Professional qualification with Institute of Housing or equivalent preferred
• Holder of PMP certification is a plus
• Minimum 5 years' experience in building management, of which 2 years in managerial level. Experience in large scale residential development with carpark would be an advantage
• Strong customer service focus; ability to work with people at all levels
• Outstanding supervisory and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in PC skills such as MS Office
