Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Electrical / Mechanical discipline
• 1-2 years solid experience in handling building services projects, both in the field of contracting and consultancy
• To monitor and supervise sub-contractors in BS installation works
• Manage new works, A&A and fitting-out
• Familiar with statutory submission and procedure
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong analytical & problem solving skill
