Our client is one of the leading Real Estate Developers in Hong Kong. They are currently seeking for an Assistant Building Services Inspector to join their team for the upcoming large scale development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise all building services works on site
• Monitor work progress, carry out inspections, participate in testing and commissioning, and report the site records
• Assist and report to project management team and construction team
• Advise and monitor on rectification of defects
• Liaise with consultants / main contractors / sub-contractors / supplies and the government departments, etc.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent.
• 5-10 years' related building services site experience
• Experience in end to end large scale development projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
