Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinates A&A works/fitting out work/E&M installation ;
• Monitor and supervise subcontractor to complete the project on site;
• Site Co-ordination, procurement,
• Material drawing submission.

Requirements:

• Dipolma or Degree holder in Surveying / Building Studies or related disciplines;
• 2 years or above relevant experience in construction project, Surveying
• working experience in Building Renovation & Projects
• Able to coordinate, supervise and work independently;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
• Competency in MS Office
• Driving Licence holder / AutoCAD is preferrable
• Immediate available is preferred.
