Duties and Responsibilities

• To carry out building inspection of existing buildings
• Prepare inspection reports with photo records and updated record drawings
• Basic knowledge in Building Ordinance & Regulations
  
  

Qualification and Experience

• Associated Degree or Bachelor Degree in Building Studies/ Architecture/ Building Studies or equivalent
• At least 1 year relevant experience in Building/ Architectural consultancy firm is preferred
• Obtained Mandatory Basic Safety Training Certificate (Green Card)
• Good Written in both Chinese & English
• Be proficient in AutoCAD
• A good team player, responsible and self-motivated
