~ Degree holder or equivalent qualification with excellent in written & spoken English & Mandarin;

~ At least 5 years substantial sales experience, preferably in corporate real estate or interior design industry;

~ Ability to develop and expand of franchising business;

~ High energy with a strong desire to create dramatic growth for the firm;

~ Desire to work in a team environment;

~ Good cold calling skills, able to achieve sales target;

~ Pleasant & matured manner, initiative with positive attitude, well organised;
