Job Description

Responsibilities: -

  • Responsible for annual sales and NCBA target
  • Control, execute and formulate A&P activities & budget
  • Work closely with Korean distributors on all sales and marketing activities
  • Educate, monitor and train the performance of the distributors
  • Study and develop new products based on the local market needs
  • Collect and report market intelligence
  • Ensure timely products delivery and management
  • Handle and review product cost analysis, highlights to management review
  • Handle the queries from local finances and operation on product cost and transfer price analysis
  • Maintain and control the system record
  • Assist in handling new & strategic products development process
  • Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality or related disciplines
  • Minimum 6 year of sales experience, preferable from Korean market
  • Prior experience in Korean society or business associations is a PLUS
  • Assertive, self-initiative and able to work under pressure
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-minded, independent, proactive and result-oriented
  • Excellent command of Korean, English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to travel
