Assistant/ Business Development Manager (work life balance)

• Selling advertising and marketing services & solution to clients
• Acquiring new clients/ new partnership to growth business under company vision
• Promote company advertising and promotion services not limited to through cold calls, client meeting, proposal presentation; Achieve individual's business targets
• Work with Director, conduct proposal and prepare presentation material to clients to meet client’s needed
• Plan and execute advertising campaign, co-ordinate between internal/ external project team  
• Work life balance with “No OT culture, No Company Politics"

Requirement:

• Diploma/ Certificate holder or above, preferably in business related disciplines but not a must
• Minimum 2 years account servicing/ sales and marketing experience
• Direct selling in advertising industry/digital media is preferred but not a must
• Aggressive to meet business target & other company KPI
• Passion and experience in creative/ advertising/ digital media industry is highly preferred
• Knowledge of digital communications, social, web analytics is a plus
• A self-starter with business mind and able to work under pressure
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills. Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with more experience/ proven track record will be consider for Business Development Manager
• Immediate availability is preferred
