We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Business Financial Crime Risk Manager .
Principal responsibilities
- Perform day to day secretarial support to Head of Business Financial Crime Risk
- Provide administrative support to the assigned team
- Draft correspondence, prepare PowerPoint presentation and coordinate the preparation of business documents
- Organization, filing and distribution of office materials
- Scheduling of appointments, coordination of meeting and making travel arrangements and actively managing the calendar of the direct Line manager
- Visitor or telephone screening and handling of internal and external correspondences
- Coordination of internal matters and consolidation of various reports
- Manage team expenses and maintain cost control measures as required by department heads
- Organize and conduct team activities to help build morale and embed HSBC culture
- Perform ad hoc assignments as required
Qualifications
Requirements
- Tertiary educated
- Possess extensive experience in secretarial or administrative duty
- Proven track record in supporting senior executives
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Able to handle multi tasks and work independently and under pressure
- A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be flexible and respectful.
- Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
- Fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese
- Experience in executive secretary in financial entity
- Proactive and self-motivated person
