Responsibilities:

Work together with line manager to drive Pizza Hut total brand member recruitment, frequency and retention:

• Support co-branded membership to make it happen as scheduled
• Optimize consumer touchpoints to make sure each communication is based on consumer behavior with high relevancy to increase conversion rate, so as to support frequency increase

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above
• Marketing experience esp. consumer products innovation and/or food service industry in MNC
• Strong data sense to support action plan
• Solid CRM knowledge
• Business oriented mindset to evaluate performance
• Good communication, influence, negotiation and presentation skills
• Work with passion, be independent and proactive, positive and open-minded
• Good project management skill as a team player and customer mania
• Good interpersonal and analytical planning
• Wide and profound office knowledge
• Command English and Microsoft Office application skill
