Job Duties

• Build consumer engagement with different brands through various CRM marketing/brand programs, particularly on recruiting, activating and maintaining consumers in the CRM programs
• Manage system vendors and co-ordinate with internal IT team for proper system development, migration and maintenance
• Collaborate with internal team & external agency to ensure excellent execution of CRM promotion
• Drive and work with external agency to develop program partner network
• Ensure and drive consistent communications across different brands in Watsons’ family and the program
• Manage related social media channels
• Ensure satisfactory member services
• Monitor program performance and advise management about proactive and reactive actions

Job Requirement

• Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years related experience in planning and executing CRM marketing programs
• Experience in managing creative agency and creative artwork
• Experience in managing technical/ digital agency and system logic
• Experience in partner sourcing, negotiation and management
• Energetic, well-organized, presentable, detail-minded, self-motivated, able to work independently and strong analytical
• Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Some data analytics/ processing background is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
