Job Description
Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth daily operation of the learning centre including parents enquiry, course fee payment, classes planning, complaint handling, etc;
- Provide the sales of the Centre's products & services to parents and achieve the student enrollment target;
- Establish and maintain the long-term customer relationship with parents and provide student status reports;
- Liaise with marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies e.g. seasonal programs, parents' seminars and students' workshops;
- Support NET teachers on their administration requirements;
- Prepare and generate reports to senior management
Requirements
- Form 5 or above
- Minimum 1 years' solid management experience/Curriculum Coordination experience in educational field is an advantage;
- Hold a love of interacting with young children; and a cheerful, energetic and motivated personality
- Familiarize the local kindergarten and primary curriculum is preferable;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Experience in sales is an advantage;
- Willing to work on Saturdays;
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer;
- Immediate available is an absolute advantage
