Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a smooth daily operation of the learning centre including parents enquiry, course fee payment, classes planning, complaint handling, etc;
  • Provide the sales of the Centre's products & services to parents and achieve the student enrollment target;
  • Establish and maintain the long-term customer relationship with parents and provide student status reports;
  • Liaise with marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies e.g. seasonal programs, parents' seminars and students' workshops;
  • Support NET teachers on their administration requirements; 
  • Prepare and generate reports to senior management

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 1 years' solid management experience/Curriculum Coordination experience in educational field is an advantage;
  • Hold a love of interacting with young children; and a cheerful, energetic and motivated personality
  • Familiarize the local kindergarten and primary curriculum is preferable;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Experience in sales is an advantage;
  • Willing to work on Saturdays;
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Service Officer; 
  • Immediate available is an absolute advantage
