JOB DESCRIPTION

·       Assists the Chief Engineer in managing property operations, maintenance and daily operations of the Engineering Department.

• Conduct corrective, preventive and predictive measures on all machines and equipment to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity, water, fuel, air conditioning, hot water, ventilation among others which is vital to the business operations of the property.
• Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities and equipment and take necessary actions for rectification works if any.
• Good knowledge of business needs, financial reporting and productivity requirements.

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Must be a Professional Mechanical Engineer (PME)
• Responsible self-starter, capable of handling multi-faceted projects and of working under pressure.
• Should have at least 15 years or more of  working experience in Engineering Repair and Maintenance, at least 5 years of which in the Hospitality Industry.
• Advanced knowledge of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems and related HVAC systems.
