Responsibilities

• Responsible for day to day operations, administration and support on Cloud Servers & Storage for HK and overseas offices
• Serve as functional liaison between among internal users and external vendor for supported infrastructure platform and deliver technical consultancy service
• Perform design, implementation, enhancement, support & maintenance for global infrastructure systems, include servers & storage for on prem & on cloud
• Interface with various infrastructure teams & IT application teams as identified to assist in resolving problems with fixup and enhancement
• Prepare and maintain documentations for various supported global infrastructure systems with capacity planning and security practices review
• Lead and manage infrastructure projects with team members to achieve specific goals and ensure the projects can be delivered within the agreed scopes, resources and timeline
• Set realistic client expectations and deliver at or above those expectations
• Assist in 7×24 roster based on call system support and resolving related incidents
• Handle ad-hoc infrastructure projects and task as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science and Information Systems or relevant discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years IT working experience
• Solid experiences in AWS/ Azure is a must, additional experience in AliCloud/GCP will definitely a strong advantage
• Hands-on experience in Linux, Windows and VMware is expected
• Good knowledge & experience in various hardware platforms, including Intel and Flex systems
• Good knowledge & experience on Storage, including SAN, Flash and NAS will be an advantage
• Previous working experience in MFT (Managed File Transfer) will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with internal customers independently and under pressure
• Willing to working overtime and provide non-office hours support
• Must be a team player, proactive, and committed to work in a quality environment
• Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical skill, self-motivated and detail-minded
• Proficient command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Infrastructure Analyst / Infrastructure Analyst
