Responsibilities:

• Responsible for oversee day-to-day operation of a clubhouse in a residential property, including cost and budget control, evaluation of contractor performance, and license application
• Lead a team to provide high quality services to residents, including facility booking services and festival promotional activities implementation, etc.
• Maintain good relationship with residents and evaluate proactive action for service improvement regularly
• Handle pre-management work of new residential property
• Handle other ad hoc duties and projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Sports & Recreation, Hospitality Management or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in clubhouse management, with at least 1 year’s pre-management work experience
• Experience in managing luxurious residential development is preferred
• Creative and passionate in lifestyle programs / events
• Strong organization and leadership skills
• Self-motivated, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• Location: Tai Po
• Immediate available is highly preferred
