Job Description

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for handling a full spectrum of company secretarial issues for the group companies
  • To handle Board and Shareholders meeting minutes, secretarial records, statutory registers and etc.
  • To arrange for filing of statutory forms and returns with registrars/regulatory authorities in accordance with relevant legal and compliance requirements
  • To review and update policies and procedures for the Division in response to change the regulations and market practices
  • To update corporate management requirements and regulations of relevant countries of domicile of the Group companies
  • To handle Minutes taking at Board meetings of Subsidiaries and Committee meetings if required

Requirements :

  • Degree holder with Associate Membership of ICSA/HKICS  
  • At least 5 years' relevant experience in Company Secretarial field, preferably with professional and commercial sector
  • Hands-on in Company Secretarial practices and Company laws
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  •  Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese Word Processing
