Assistant Compliance Manager

My client, a well-known Financial Institution (SFC Licenses 1,4,5,6,9) is looking for a high caliber candidate to join their elite team. 

Responsibilities: 

• To assist the Compliance Manager in overseeing compliance matters applicable to trustee
• Draft and update compliance policy and procedure manuals
• Perform monitoring and regular and review on the operation of SFC-authorized funds
• Prepare or monitor the submission of statutory returns and implementation plan on new requirements

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Law or Business related discipline
• With 5 years or above in legal & compliance experience
• Prior experience in pension, trustee or MPF industry is preferable
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
