ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

Optimize Converting process and its efficiency; reduce product waste, relevant project execution in Guangzhou factory. Support new product implementation in converting process.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Good understanding of laminator and slitters
• Converting process design and optimization, product structure implementation, process development
• Die cut tooling, printing tooling and other process tooling design and purchase and management
• Tooling, cylinder etc. spare planning, stock review and backup plan
• Supplier contact
• WI / SOP creation, review, update and training to production people
• Operator skill training plan
• Training and development of technician, responsible technician skills ,competency and performance assessment, defining relevant development plan 
• Assist production with off-quality product troubleshooting (incl. PIR, IQD follow up, 4D report verification) 
• Help train others in your job function, also recommend and attend professional & technical development training
• Other jobs assigned by supervisor

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

• 3 years and above relevant work experience
• Familiar with MS Office, AutoCAD and related working software
• Logical thinking
• System file writing ability

• Willing to learn and strong learning ability
