The ideal candidate is an intuitive thinker, skilled synthesizer and versatile content creator who has a proven track record developing and driving the processes to articulate a compelling sustainability vision; supporting the shaping of narrative, executive voice, slick visuals and infographics; analyzing data to elevate insights; strengthening strategic initiatives; coordinating a cross-functional project and content plan.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead of Centre of sustainability excellence and community network of North Asia and China, regularly curates the knowledge resource database, story bank, case studies of best practices
  • Jointly collaborate with different business units such as CA&E, EHS, Divisions, in content validation, factual checks, copy editing, producing visual assets for internal and external stakeholders, and creating timely content for distribution to colleagues companywide
  • Builds end-to-end workplans – using project management best practices – to meet goals and manage content partnerships
  • Serves as a LFTF coordinator for CSR campaigns, youth, brand causes, product donations, retailer engagement, digital and tech sustainability, and projects under tight deadlines
  • This role will also support as Chief of Staff to conserve Executive’s time coordinating requests and responses internally and externally;
  • acts as a liaison between Executive and other leaders, employees, external clients, vendors, and stakeholders.· Manages calendar that changes often and requires coordination and sensitivity; screens requests for meetings.· Ability to maintain strict confidentiality· Plans, organizes, and schedules meetings and events with individuals or large groups.
  • Prepare all regular LTFT meetings, global, regional, management, departments, specialists level.
  • Prepares documents, meeting agendas, meeting minutes, develops and modifies new and expecting PowerPoint presentations, and spreadsheets for approval.
  • Makes travel arrangements and prepares itineraries for travel within China, regionally and internationally; changes travel schedules, flights, hotels, and rental cars during normal business hours and also off-hours as needed.
  • Reviews and processes expense reports. Provides other general administrative support, such as ordering supplies, filing, scanning, and copying.
  • Works proactively and creatively in finding solutions and achieving goals in the face of unexpected challenges· Works with staff on functional projects and special reports· Maintains department affairs documentation and needs.

Experience Qualifications :

• Minimum 5+ years experience in operations, communications and partnership supporting senior executive(s) in a large multi-national company

• Passion for sustainability, climate change and making a positive difference to society.

• Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Experienced in supporting a global organization with multiple locations and time zones·

• Experienced in independently managing multiple concurrent tasks and meeting rigid deadlines· Must be proficient in spreadsheet, presentation, & email software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and general MS Windows operations·

• Must present a high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication, as this role is an extension of the functions and the executives·

• Strong problem solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues· Positive, can-do attitude· Customer / client focused·

• Able to learn the executives’ primary business objectives, and through this understanding is able to anticipate department operations needs·

• Excellent attention to detail

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills (English, Mandarin Chinese, and a 3rd language either Japanese or Korean would be a plus)
