Responsibilities:
- Monitor overdue account receivable (AR) accounts closely
- Prepare and/or review daily and monthly credit summary reports, overdue AR reports and other credit analysis reports
- Reply guest enquiries about their bills
- Follow up on different credit limit accounts and outstanding payment
- Propose improvement areas in credit control from time to time
- Keep proper filing of approved credit applications
- Assist in other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years in AR collection and credit control in hotel
- Be tactful in handling AR enquiry tasks and sense of responsibility
- Fluent spoken and written Cantonese (Chinese), English and Mandarin
- Good team player with strong communication and coordination skills
- With hands PC operations skills, including MS office (i.e. Words, Excel, PowerPoint and e-mail); as well as English and Chinese typing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered for the position of Credit Officer
