Job Description
TPG Telecom has been appointed as Singapore’s 4th mobile telecommunications network service provider and is currently Singapore’s newest 4G mobile network.
 
Purpose
Lead day to day management of our high performing Customer Service team. Driving day to day customer service performance, understanding your challenges, and abilities to overcome them will be critical for success.
 
The key duties and responsibilities of the role involve
  • Reporting to the Customer Service Manager
  • Support the management of the customer service team including but not limited to orienting, coaching, counselling, communicating job expectations, manpower planning and etc
  • Uphold and strives for service quality and excellence in day-to-day business operations
  • Support the Customer Service Manager in implementing customer engagement activities to promote customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction
  • Manage and support events as and when necessary

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to commit on weekends as and when necessary
  • Experience in Telecommunications industry would be advantageous
