Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversees the Credit Card Hotline by providing information, handling of customers’ instructions.
- Supervise the team to ensure complaints are handled with high quality manner.
- Ensure staff complies to internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirement when delivering job duties.
- Review staff performance regularly and conduct training to staffs to maintain high service to customers
- Provide suggestion of customer service enhancement to improve the service standard
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- 5 years or more relevant experience in customer services/ call centre.
- Prior experience in Banking is an advantage.
- Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
