Job Description

Responsiblities:

  • Motivate telemarketing staffs and monitor their performance to improve the sales achievements
  • Manage the manpower planning and give guidelines to telemarketing staff for handling the non-routine cases
  • Ensure high quality services are provided through call monitoring
  • Review on working procedures of the telemarketing staff productivity and sales achievement regularly
  • Provide training to the telemarketing staff for handling inbound/outbound calls efficiently and independently
  • Ensure all telemarketing staff are comply with the internal guidelines, legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education with 5 years’ relevant experience
  • Proficient in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good in sales motivation with strong sales management skills
  • Prior experience in Banking is an advantage
