Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • To provide greeting and customer services to tenants
  • To carry out daily operations of commercial building to deliver premier services to tenants.
  • To handle complaints, enquiries, check in / check out, emergency cases from tenants.
  • To perform daily administration, data entry works and reports

Requirements:

  • DSE or above
  • Working experience in customer service, hospitality or retail industry will be an advantage
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate (include Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Powerpoint)
  • Pleasant personality, outgoing and presentable
  • Good customer service attitude
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Customer Services Assistant
