Our client is one of the largest and most successful real estate developers in Hong Kong. They currently searching for a high calibre Property Development Manager to oversee the acquisition and redevelopment of projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in investment property and development site acquisition
• Participate in property valuation and land matters
• Prepare and present property research, financial projection and analysis and feasibility study
• Review and liaise with solicitors on agreements, legal documents in relation to transactions
• Prepare and submit income forecast, monthly budget and leasing status reports of the property portfolio
• Supervise the work's standard and the accuracy of the team
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree in related discipline and preferably with Professional Chartered Surveyor qualification (HKIS/RICS)
• Solid experience in property valuation and development
• 5 years or above relevant experience gained from property developers or consultancies in Hong Kong
• Strong interpersonal skill and be able to work under pressure
• Excellent interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Less experience will also be considered as Senior Property Officer
