Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support the email marketing strategy and campaign operations alongside marketing, branding, and member engagement teams run successful automated and personalised email campaigns
- Optimise and enforce email guidelines as to how to engage with our members. Ensure that our emails are optimised in delivery and content means
- Input, test, and send emails using Adobe Campaign. Ensure spam regulation compliance.
- Own all email related metrics, including deliverability, opens, and clicks, and use results to drive future action
- Stay current with email marketing best practises, strategies, and industry standards
- Build and Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute marketing campaigns
- Advise and design campaign workflows with touchpoints that can be orchestrated across digital channels such as e-mail, website, mobile app, push notifications, and social media
- Carry out data operations activities to optimise targeting through segments, event triggers, list generation, and automation streams
- Maintain backlog for features and requirements for Adobe Campaign platform enhancements and develop action plans based on prioritisation and budget
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
- Solid knowledge with marketing automation/ email platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce, Oracle Eloqua and Emarsys. Experience creating and driving successful campaigns
- Experience with loyalty programs, travel industries, or categories requiring multi-channel direct marketing
- Previous working experience with data analytics and insight teams is preferred
- Good communicator to articulate data and complex technical processes to stakeholders
- Knowledge of best practises for email creative and templates, segmentation, dynamic content, testing methodologies a plus
- Strong knowledge of Excel and HTML and ability to learn technical systems quickly preferred
