Job Description

Marketing and branding management

  • To plan and execute all communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media platforms.
  • Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer and competitor trends.
  • Manage the budget for advertising and promotional activities.
  • Increase the brand’s exposure online and offline, to recruit new platform users and enhance brand loyalty among current platform users.

B2C marketing:

  • Develop strategies and manage marketing campaigns on various online platforms to ensure that the brand's services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of the brand.
  • Enhance traffic to cpjobs.com with the following, but not limited to digital content management on cpjobs.com, social media management etc.

B2B marketing:

  • Prepare and distribute marketing materials to support sales activities to cpjobs' potential clients.

Partnership management

  • Liaise with external partners to create branding campaigns in order to maximize the brand’s exposure via different touchpoints.
