Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Structural & Geotechnical Design Management projects;
• Co-ordinate with design consultant on developing the design, material used and drawings production and ensure cost effective design solution and project implementation;
• Liaise with the internal departments, consultants, contractors and suppliers to achieve the project objective and monitor project performance or progress;
• Providing capabilities and professional knowledge in the aspects involved in design of all types of buildings;
• Demonstrate excellent technical knowledge and ability to advise other disciplines regarding aspects of their design

Job Requirements:

• Degree or above in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering or related disciplines;
• Qualified Engineer / Registered Professional Engineer (Civil / Structural / Geotechnical) with relevant consulting engineering experience;
• At least 15 years’ solid working experience in design firm and property developer with site management experience will be an added value;
• Past working experience in PRC First Tier cities will be an definite asset ;
• Strong leadership with good negotiation and communication skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese
