ASSISTANT DIRECTOR, TALENT & CULTURE

The Assistant Director of Talent & Culture will assist in the development and upkeep of the Fairmont employee culture through recruiting, training and recognition initiatives.

What you will be doing:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department
• Supporting all human resources initiatives for the hotel including recruiting, training and employee relations
• Being involved in key decisions that relate to employee engagement
• Providing support to the Director of Talent & Culture in the company strategic priorities

Your experience and skills include:

• Experience in the recruiting and training specialties of human resources
• A good knowledge for benefits administration
• Strong administrative skills and knowledge of technology
• Compassionate personality and a love of connecting with others
