Job Summary
Main Duties
To assist the Director of Finance in effective management of the finance and accounting functions.
Main Duties
- To deputize the Director of Finance during his/her absence.
- To ensure all accounting transactions and reports are completed and submitted on time.
- To prepare reports and analyses for hotel operations.
- To prepare forecasts, budgets, reports and supporting details.
- To prepare returns required by owner, hotel management or government authorities.
- To assure the compliance of accounting standards and standard operating procedures.
- To supervise, train and assist associates in handling their work challenges.
- To build an efficient team and take an active interest in their individual development.
- To ensure an organized, up-to-date filing system is maintained for all financial records.
