Job Description

Our client is a leading provider of testing and certification services with global coverage. 

Responsibilities

  • Develop a clear view of the most critical stakeholder needs, pain points, and industry demand drivers for the team to prioritize and address.
  • Seize operational opportunities – process improvement and people development.
  • Collaborate with divisional and regional colleagues and corporate functions to create, align, and execute growth plans.
  • Perform key account management duties.
  • Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders (brands, manufacturers, suppliers, industry groups, etc.).
  • Partner to develop data and software solutions to meet client needs
  • Manages team’s budget and financial performance.  Coordinates project interdependencies and resources.
  • Based in Hong Kong with some travels to US, Mainland China, and other countries.

Requirement 

  •  More than 7 years of consumer product quality, safety and compliance experience. 
  • Strong business acumen and ability to think strategically.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven.  Outstanding critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. 
  • Focused and versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability.
  • Ability to positively influence others and build harmonious working relationships.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in a global matrix environment.  International experience strongly preferred.
