The incumbent will oversee the School Programme Team and ensure its smooth operation. He/she will manage budget and attendance, programme development and to implement promotional strategies for brand building. He/she will also be responsible for staff recruitment and engagement, supervising the performance of the subordinates.

Requirements:

• Degree in Environmental Science, Education, Applied Science, Tourism or other related disciplines
• With at least 4 years’ experience in education, event organizing or related fields, in which 2 years in a supervisory role
• Knowledge on school curriculum
• Excellent interpersonal and customer services skills with high sense of responsibility
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Willing to work on weekends and public holiday
