Assistant Distribution Proposition and Service Management Manager
Retail Distribution – Distribution Management Department
We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our Distribution Management Department as Assistant Distribution Proposition and Service Management Manager.
Principal responsibilities
Support formulation and implementation of sales strategies for general banking products to achieve business goals
Support cross-division collaboration program and ensure the achievement of program objectives
Collaborate with product owners and related parties in streamlining the sales process so as to enhance service delivery and customer experience
Maintain frequent and effective communication with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of projects and seamless customer journey
Support initiatives to enhance engagement and efficiency of frontline staff
Qualifications
Requirements
University degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
Around 3 years’ experience in retail banking, with knowledge of general banking products and branch support experience
Self-motivated with strong sales and customer orientation
Good planning and interpersonal skills
Strong drive to succeed and ability to work under pressure
Proficiency in both English and Chinese with sound knowledge of application software
Great sense of ownership and high level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
