Responsibilities:

We are recruiting an Assistant M&E Manager who is responsible for  Building Services Design & Project Management, contract documentation & Execution for the residential projects in Hong Kong.  This Assistant M&E manager needs to ensure that all phases of work are planned and completed on time, within budget and to the specified quality. The Building Services Inspectors will report to him/her.

Requirements:

• A recognized professional degree in mechanical/electrical or building services engineering
• Membership of a recognized professional institute  (HKIE)
• Minimum 5 years’  experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing the M&E design/installation
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills
• Motivated, confident and a team player
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
